NJB Hotels & Leisure Property (NJBHLP) holds contacts details for organisations and individuals in connection with their ownership or interest in hotel property; such information has been assembled and collated on a lawful basis since the formation of NJBHLP in 2012, most commonly through the exchange of business cards, at meetings or via direct email and telephone conversations.

Contact information is held on a one to one basis; NJBHLP does not undertake blanket mailings and will not pass your details to third party marketing organisations.

In the context of GDPR, effective May 2018, Nick Barber is both the Data Controller and the Data Processor for NJBHLP.


Customer Due Diligence (CDD) will be undertaken as appropriate and where required to identify the parties to transactions, in compliance with legal and RICS requirements.
